I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work. While I’ve always known I want to make a positive impact, I struggled to find my place in the field. The creative outlet that writing offers brings me so much joy. This turned into a love for sharing quality information regarding healthier lifestyle choices.

After providing friends with endless recommendations for cleaner everyday swaps, eventually, they asked, “Why don’t you do this for a living?”

To me, healthy living means nourishing your body with whole foods, prioritizing self-care, daily movement, and most importantly, understanding consistency > perfection.

Once I started digging deeper into the products I use daily, I learned that most brands on the market contain ingredients that can negatively impact our health. I’ve spent countless hours researching safer alternatives and learning how to read ingredient labels (hello, healthwashing). I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the number of transparent brands creating products intentionally designed to improve our health and not further harm it.

As a copywriter, consumer, and someone who’s spent years working to improve my own health, I know how to curate engaging copy that resonates with your audience because I am your audience.
